Reservation and payment conditions

1.  Individual tourists and organised groups make reservations personally, by phone, or by e-mail.
2. A payment of the deposit (30% of the payment for the entire stay) is the confirmation of reservation.
3. In case of lack of payment of the deposit on time, the reservation is revoked.
4. The final settlement for the stay is taking place on arrival day.
5. Payment of the deposit is equal to accepting the regulations.
6. If you resign from your stay, the deposit will not be returned.
