Regulations

1. The hotel day is valid from 15.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure.
   
2. In the event of a delayed arrival or an earlier departure than the booked date - the payment for the entire booked stay remains unchanged. Shortening the stay does not entitle to a refund of the already paid fee.
   
3. The curfew is valid from 22.00 to 07.00. Guests are required to comply with sanitary, fire and order regulations on the premises.
   
4. Only registered persons can stay in the rooms.
   
5. It is forbidden to use electrical devices not supplied with the room.
   
6. The guest is financially responsible for any damage to the facility equipment caused by his fault during the stay. Please report any defects on arrival. No reports are considered "no faults".
7. The resort is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable items (eg jewelry, electronic equipment) and cash, which is the property of the Guest and not reported in the deposit. The deposit is free! Information about the deposit is provided by the reception staff. 
   
8. There is an absolute ban on smoking in the facility. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in the imposition of a fine in accordance with the applicable price list.
   
9. Please lock your rooms with a key - we do not take responsibility for items left behind. The fee for losing the keys is PLN 100.
   
10. We provide a car park secured by a monitoring system (the number of parking spaces is limited!). Visitors park vehicles without concluding a storage agreement for these vehicles and their belongings. Therefore, we are not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage to these vehicles and the property left behind.
    

It is the responsibility of each guest to read the above regulations, and the payment of the deposit is tantamount to accepting its content. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt from compliance with the rules contained in the above regulations.
